The 126th Canton Fair will be held in three phases in China Import and Export Fair Complex from Oct 15 to Nov 4, 2019. The total scale of the exhibition is estimated to be about 60,000 booths with an exhibition area of about 1,185,000 square meters, whose export exhibition is divided into 51 exhibition areas of 16 categories. The time and exhibits are as follows:
Phase 1: Oct 15-19
Exhibits: Electronics & Household Electrical Appliances, Lighting Equipment, Vehicles & Spare Parts, Machinery, Hardware & Tools, Energy + Resources, Chemical Products, Building Materials.
Phase 2: Oct 23-27
Exhibits: Consumer Goods, Gifts, Home Decorations
Phase 3: Oct 31-Nov 4
Exhibits: Office Supplies, Cases & Bags, and Recreation Products, Medical Devices and Health Products, Food, Shoes, Textiles & Garments.
International Pavilion is arranged in phase 1 and phase 3 respective. The exhibits of phase 1 are electronics & household electrical appliances, building materials & hardware, machinery equipment while exhibits of phase 3 are food & drink, household items, fabrics and home textiles.
The China Import and Export Fair, also known as the “Canton Fair”, is co-hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of PRC and the People’s Government of Guangdong Province and organized by China Foreign Trade Centre. It is held every spring and autumn in Guangzhou, China.
Canton Fair is an important channel for China’s foreign trade sector and a demonstration of China’s opening up policy. It plays a key role in advancing the development of China’s foreign trade and the economic and trade exchanges between China and the rest of the world. And it is renowned as “China’s No. 1 Fair”.
